How long does it take to accept the new card?
Approximately 2-5 minutes. Simply use the "Continue" button on the next screen, e-sign the Acceptance Agreement, and you’re done.

When should I receive my new Patelco MasterCard credit card?
You should expect to receive your card in 7-10 business days.

Do I need a credit review?
No, a credit review is not required.

Do I need to provide income documents?
No, income documentation is not required to accept your card.

Can I transfer the balances from other cards?
Absolutely! We want you to take advantage of your low transfer rate. As a reminder, the balance transfer must be made within 90 days of opening your new MasterCard credit card to qualify for introductory rates, if applicable.

Is there a time limit for completing the process?
